Company Story

Individually owned and operated by myself Lance Foster since 2018. After working for other contractors for several years I learned that good communication is just as important as finding a contractor that can complete a quality project. Home remodeling projects are supposed to be a fun process and not a headache of uncertainty and I pride myself on making the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

I got started in the construction industry in 2009 working during my summer breaks through high school and college as a way to help pay for school not intending to stay in the industry. After completing my degree in criminal justice I came to the realization that I preferred working with my hands to create something at the end of the day I could be proud of and started working full time in the industry. In 2015 my wife and I moved to Beaverton as I was offered a position in the area with the company I was with in its expansion to the Portland area.

Our shower basin unexpectedly broke due to a poor remodel job before we moved in. Lance came in and made miracles happen. He finished ahead of schedule, was always on time, and his estimation for cost was spot on and very reasonable. We are beyond thrilled with the final product - a bright, light shower we actually enjoy using! I’m so looking forward to reaching out when we’re ready to take on our upstairs bathroom!

Lance is really great to work with. Awesome work ethic, allways on time, does the extra when needed fixing our rotted water main line, good product and cleaned the site every single day! And he's very prompt with his communication over calls, texts and email.

We had our bathtub remodeled and he really went above and beyond. Will be calling him again!
